tools.request_tool_injection module

Force-load specific tools into the active execution schema.

When the vector classifier fails to select a tool the bot knows exists, this tool lets the bot explicitly request it by name. The requested tools are validated against the global registry and injected into the active tool list for subsequent rounds in the current generation cycle.
